My name is Isabela Paar and I'm an illustrator and

children's book designer from São Paulo, Brazil.

 

I use both digital and traditional art, focusing more on my digital work in Procreate, Photoshop and Illustrator.

​

In my work I try to bring into my illustrations some nature, mysteries, magic, monsters, and a dose of terror! I am inspired by my own stories and references that I take from my personal life, some books, movies and my own imagination.

I grew up fascinated by literature, especially tales of mysteries and horror, and I try to fit this into my illustrations, always adding a little fun to the plot.
